Import and export of exclusive firearms

BestGuns was established in 2019, and are the sole representatives in Norway for Purdey, Rigby og Holt’s Auctioneers. We have the combined experience of a London trained gunmaker (Morten) and a big game African hunter (Ole Arnt), but the foundation of our interest is the rugged Norwegian hunting tradition. We have imported and exported guns between several countries in Europe and the US.

We sell hunting guns from Purdey, Holland & Holland, Rigby, Dickson, Westley Richards and Fabbri, to mention a few. Due to the low exchange rate of the Norwegian krone, they are competitively priced compared to the UK and US. All guns are extensively checked and test shot. Most have been carefully stripped and cleaned and tested by London trained gunmakers, instructed to spare no expense. Barrel thicknesses are always professionally measured by ourselves.

We have a private shooting range located less than 2 hours from Oslo Airport Gardermoen, where shotguns and rifles may be inspected and test shot according to the customer’s requirements.
